
孟宪文,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。中国生物信息学学会(筹)多组学与整合生物学专业委员会委员。2013年获哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学学士学位,2018年获浙江大学生物信息学博士学位。2018年7月至今,在山东农业大学任教。共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表学术论文8篇,副主编科学出版社“十四五”普通高等教育本科规划教材《生物信息学》(第四版)。担任Plant Cell,Nature Communications和Horticulture Research等多个国际期刊审稿人。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目1项、国家重点研发子课题3项,合作育成农业农村部登记番茄品种1个。
研究方向:
1. 筛选优异番茄种质资源,开展基因组测序,绘制遗传变异图谱,逐步建立番茄“基因字典”;
2. 聚焦番茄灰霉病等重要病害,系统发掘关键抗病基因,利用遗传学、分子生物学、生物信息学等手段,解析番茄对常见病害抗性反应的分子机理。
教学工作:
承担本科生《植物智慧育种学2》、研究生《园艺生物信息学》等课程的教学任务。
